“This place is absolutely disgusting. Scary people are living in the hotel like actually living there. It’s their fault you don’t even get to talk to a person at the front desk. Very scary. Do not recommend.”

“We booked the room via Expedia. When we arrived the parking lot WREAKED of smoke. Couldn't get up to the doors without choking from smoke. The outside walls has plaster missing up under the air conditioning units. We knew we couldn't breathe through the night and everything looked sketchy. So we drove away as we knew they couldn't refund us as we paid through Expedia. Hope there is a way to get refunded from Expedia.”

“The Cozy Cottage #1 was a fun place to take our grandkids for a brief stay. The two lofts with queen beds and the front porch swing were a hit with them! Beds were comfortable, the kitchen had full-sized appliances, and surroundings were quiet. It was great for an overnight stay to enjoy the area state parks!”

“Perfect little get away in the countryside!”

“Very clean and was equipped with everything we needed. Only regret was not being able to eat st the restaurant because we were only in town long enough to attend a wedding and reception. Would stay again”

“Excellent stay, very comfortable and great location!”

“Very nice!!!”

“It was the perfect glamping family trip! We all loved it!”

“We had a wonderful stay and the hosts were terrific. It was better than expected and we plan to continue visiting their properties.”

“Absolutely stunning cabin! When we arrived there was an extreme heat wave 90 degrees. They had that AC cranked and incredibly comfortable for our arrival. The quality of the furniture, fixtures, and even down to the light switches are brand new! Highly recommend if you are looking to disconnect and relax out in nature. The other cabins are right next to you, but still feel slightly secluded.”

“Temps were very hot when we were there. It had an excellent air conditioner, which we so appreciated…. There were no curtains in the main living room, which meant no privacy for sleeping on the sofa bed….. Breakfasts on the deck watching the longhorn cows were very pleasant!….. During the long weekend we were there, we never heard from or saw the host at all. The tiny house was very clean. It could have had a better skillet.”

“Good place”

“So far the best one I have stayed at. There was something for everyone to do, house was beautiful, alot of things near by. The welcome book had soo much information it was so helpful! Plan to make this a go to place when we have to stay near it.”

“Host personally met us and provided a tour of property. The property was private, beautiful, and peaceful. The house had everything we needed with 5 super comfortable beds and a huge couch in the 4 season room. The photos don't do it justice. I absolutely loved the huge 4 season room overlooking the lake. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again.”

“Beautiful property with a spectacular pool oasis! Captain Bill is an excellent host!”
